		<description>@Jay Hunt: All foods have a little protein in them with the exception of oils and fats.  The foods that are highest in protein are animal foods(meat, dairy, and eggs).  Many animal foods provide you with complete protein (as described in the post above).  You may also have good luck combining certain plant foods (like beans and rice) to get a complete protein.
